Hi, I’m Sydney! A holistic-focused, Nonna-taught chef passionate about creating nutrient dense meals that make healthy eating simple, intentional, and enjoyable.
My cooking philosophy is rooted in whole, high-quality ingredients: grass-fed meats, seasonal local produce, and healthy fats. I believe food should fuel both the body and mind, while supporting gut health, balancing hormones, and strengthen immunity.
What began as a personal journey to heal my gut and eat cleaner evolved into Wellness With Syd. A way to share what I’ve learned through weekly meal prep, and health conscious catering. Each meal I cook is made with love, intention, and purpose.
